Before setting up Alexa on OtoZen be sure:
- You have the OtoZen Pod and completed registration as a Driver. If you have not registered, click here for instructions on registering as a Driver.
- You have an Amazon account. If not, you can visit the Amazon website to sign up for a new account.
Enable Alexa
To use Alexa with OtoZen, log in to your Amazon account through the OtoZen app:

Tap Profile and then tap Alexa Setup.

Toggle on Enable Alexa.

Tap Allow Access to allow Microphone Permission.
Note: Step 3 is only applicable for Android users and may depend on your Android phone's OS version.

Tap Log in to confirm.

Tap Continue.

Enter your Amazon login credential and then tap Sign-In.
Note: If you are already logged into the Amazon App on your phone, you will not be prompted with the above step.

Tap on CONTINUE.
Note:
- The OtoZen Pod is in no way related to Amazon and is not tested by Amazon
- The order of steps 6 and 7 may be different on your phone.

Tap Allow.

Tap OK. You are now ready to use Alexa with OtoZen.

A green checkmark on the Alexa Setup tile indicates that Alexa is properly configured and is available while driving. Just press the Alexa button on the OtoZen Pod to invoke Alexa. For more information check out Invoking Alexa while Driving.
Disable Alexa

To disable Alexa, toggle Enable Alexa to off.

Tap Disable.

Alexa is disabled. Tap OK.
I have a Siri button in my car, why do I need OtoZen Alexa?
While Siri can perform most functions such calls, text messages, etc, there are many functions that are better handled by Alexa. With OtoZen you can use Siri and Alexa in your car while driving and get the best of both services.
Can I cancel the ongoing OtoZen Alexa session?
Yes, you can cancel the ongoing OtoZen Alexa session. To do so, short press the Skip/No button on the OtoZen Pod.
