Set up 911 Auto Dial

iPhone Users

1. Tap Profile and then tap Emergency Assist.

   

2. Enable Auto Dial Emergency Services.

   

3. Tap Check your settings.

   

4. Follow the steps to check SOS settings on your phone. Tap on it to go to settings.

   

5. Tap Emergency SOS from the iPhone’s Settings screen.

   

6. Make sure the Call with Side Button, Auto Call, and Countdown Sound options are enabled.

   
   

   Note: Call with Side Button option is available on iPhone 10 and later phones.

Android Users

1. Tap Profile and then tap Emergency Assist.

   

2. Enable Launch 911 Dialer.
   

   Note: The phone's Emergency dialer is opened with 911 entered. However, the call is not made. You must tap the dialer.

   

3. Tap GO TO SETTINGS.

   

4. Tap OtoZen: Drive Safe, Drive Smart.

   

5. Tap to enable Use OtoZen: Drive Safe, Drive Smart.

   

6. Tap Allow.

   

7. Enable the Share 911 Status if you want to share 911 call status with your emergency contacts.

   

8. Tap Allow Access to provide phone access permission.

   

9. Tap Allow.

   

10. Tap Allow Access to provide access to your call logs.

    

11. Tap Allow.

    

12. Your setup is done.
