Cancel 911 Auto Dial

You can cancel a 911 Auto Dial from the OtoZen Pod.

iPhone Users

Before OtoZen dials 911, you are given an option to cancel it. You can cancel by pressing any of the buttons on the Pod. In the event that 911 is dialed and you intend to cancel, don't worry, you can always let the operator know to ignore the call. Do not hang up the call if you intended to cancel the call. The operator will call you back.

Android Users

Initiating the call to emergency service after the launch of the dialer is in your control. You are required to press the dial option on your phone dialer.
