OtoZen supports several shortcuts that make it easier to interact with OtoZen and your phone while driving. There are four pre-built Siri Shortcuts, and they can be found on the OtoZen App > Profile > Siri and Siri Shortcuts Screen. They come with default phrases that you need to set up or can be edited to your match your preferences. You can invoke Siri with the press of a button and give one of these commands for OtoZen to respond to using Siri.
- What’s on My Calendar?
OtoZen and Siri work together to give you the upcoming Calendar Events and Meetings that fall in the next 60 minutes
Note: All Day Events are not played
- Join Next Meeting
OtoZen and Siri work together to give you a list of ongoing meetings. After the meeting titles are played, OtoZen can automatically join you into the meeting of your choice.
Note: This Siri Shortcut works only while driving and for those meetings that are ongoing.
- Who is on the Trip?
OtoZen and Siri work together to provide information about Buddies that are currently on a trip.
Response:
- That's done. OtoZen says: "Emily started a trip now".
- Done. OtoZen says: "Emily finished a trip now".
- OK. OtoZen says: "No one is currently on a trip".
- Switch Driver
OtoZen Switches and makes another phone the Driver's phone.
Here's some background information on when you need to use it. When two or more registered OtoZen Drivers are traveling in the same car, OtoZen automatically picks whose phone gets to be the Driver's phone based on driving history and patterns. You need not let OtoZen know who the Driver is. Occasionally, OtoZen does not get it right and picks a phone of a Passenger to be the Driver. You can use this shortcut to instruct OtoZen to switch the Driver's phone. You need to use this only when there are two or more registered Drivers traveling in the same car and when OtoZen picked one of the passengers' phones.
