How to Switch Drivers

Driver Determination and Switching

When one or more registered Drivers are in the car, you do not have to let OtoZen know who the Driver is. OtoZen has the smarts to automatically determine the Driver based on specific driving patterns and history.  Occasionally we do not get it right, and when it happens, you can instruct OtoZen to switch the Driver's phone.

If you need to ask OtoZen to switch the Driver's phone and connect with it, you have several ways to instruct OtoZen.  You can use one of these three ways:

• Invoke Siri and say "Switch Driver" or another phrase of your choice

• Invoke Alexa and say, "Ask OtoZen to Switch Driver."

• A Long Press (2 seconds) of the Skip button on the OtoZen Pod

The Driver Switch process is initiated, and you are informed about the change.
