Enable Push Notifications

Enable push notifications to ensure that you receive full OtoZen benefits, including Automated Notifications from Buddies.

Enable Push Notifications on iPhone

  1. Tap My Trips and then tap Turn On Notifications.

  2. Tap Allow when prompted.

After enabling push notifications, banner notifications are automatically enabled. If you do not receive banner notifications, check the Notification permission details.

Enable Banner Notifications on iPhone

  1. Open Phone Settings and select OtoZen.

  2. Tap Notifications.

  3. Ensure Allow Notifications is enabled.

  4. Ensure that Banners are checked.

Enable Push Notifications on Android

  1. Open Phone Settings and select Apps and notifications.

  2. Tap See all apps.

  3. Scroll to OtoZen and tap on it to open the notification settings.

  4. Tap Notifications.

  5. Be sure the All OtoZen notifications option is enabled and then tap on OtoZen.

  6. Ensure Default is selected and the Pop on screen option is enabled.
