Replay or Cancel Smart Audio Alerts

Using the buttons on the Pod, you can choose to replay an audio alert or stop a Smart Audio Alerts for Location or Buddy Message from playing.

From the OtoZen app, you can choose not to receive Smart Audio Alerts for Calendar while driving.

Replay Smart Audio Alerts

• Calendar Reminder Alerts

  Replay functionality is supported for all types of events or meetings except VOIP meetings.

  The OtoZen application reminds you of a Meeting or Calendar at the event's scheduled time by playing a Smart Audio Alert. Click the Play button on the OtoZen Pod within 10 seconds of the Alert to replay.

• Location Reminder Alerts

  Replay Location Reminder Alerts by clicking the Play button of the OtoZen Pod within 10 seconds of the Alert.

• Voice Messages From Buddies

  Replay a Voice Message From a Buddy by clicking the Play button of the OtoZen Pod within 10 seconds of the message being played.

Cancel Smart Audio Alerts for Calendar

• Calendar Reminder Alerts

  Configure Calendar Reminder Alerts in the OtoZen app.

  Open Audio Alerts, select Calendar, and then choose which Audio Alerts to receive. To cancel the alert you need to disable the alert as shown below.

  

Stop an Audio Alert or Message from Playing

When the OtoZen application plays a Smart Audio Alert for Calendar, you can cancel it with one press of the Skip button on the OtoZen Pod.

• Location Reminder Alerts 

  Press the Skip button on the OtoZen Pod to stop the rest of the Smart Audio Alert for Location from playing.

• Voice Messages From Buddies:

  Press the Skip button on the OtoZen Pod to stop the rest of the Voice Message from a Buddy from playing.
