Restore Backed Up Data

If you accidentally delete the OtoZen application or have lose your phone, you can restore the application data when you log in to your OtoZen application again.

Data is Backed up into iCloud (for iPhone users) or Google Drive (for Android users). OtoZen does not have access to any of your data on its Servers.

After logging in with the OtoZen application, follow these steps based on your phone type.

• iPhone:

  Log in with only one iCloud account. The OtoZen application will automatically select the iCloud account and restore your data.

  1. Tap Restore.
     

     

     Note: If you tap Skip you won't be able to restore your important OtoZen data at a later time.

  2. You can see the data restore process is going on.

     

  3. The success message displays after the data are restored.

     

  Android:

  1. Select your preferred Google account.

     

  2. Tap Restore.
